The Lincoln Park Place building will be the keystone building of the important Indianapolis intersection of 25th Street and Central Avenue. A brick-with-limestone primary facade will combine with tasteful architectural details such as an outdoor veranda for the restaurant/retail space on the first floor, as well as wonderful views of the Indianapolis skyline.

Lincoln Park Place has been designed and planned from the outset to be a building that both looks great from a distance and also has great appeal for people on foot as they walk through the neighborhood and into the building. Unlike much of the suburban-type architecture that often dominates in the midwest, this structure was primarily designed not for automobiles but rather for people.

That said, the building offers plenty of parking, too, for visitors to our retail and residential units.
