The basement-level parking for Lincoln Park Place enables secure and easy key-fob access in and out of the complex for your car, as well as safe, secure and dry access for you to your residential or retail space.

All residences come with secure underground parking:

  • One parking space for each of the four one-bedroom condos.
  • One space for each of the 18 two-bedroom condos, with the option to buy one of 10 spare parking spaces available.

Your residence's dedicated parking space or spaces will be for your exclusive use.

The underground parking area features elevator access to upper floors, as well as a common area for secure bicycle parking.
